The data centers used for ECIT Sign are located in Finland, provided by Google Cloud Services. This strategic choice ensures that all data storage and processing activities adhere to the high standards of security and privacy mandated by the European Union.
Google, serving as our data processor, is responsible for managing the infrastructure that hosts and processes your personal data. We have carefully selected Google Cloud Services for their proven track record in delivering secure and reliable cloud services, in line with GDPR requirements.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your information in the following ways:
Overview of data sharing
If ECIT F&A Tech AS is partially or wholly acquired, and/or enters into a formal collaboration with another company, all our data may be taken over or made available to the other party. We store your information for as long as you have an active relationship with one of our services*. If you choose to delete your user or terminate your subscription with us, we have the right to store your information for a minimum of 12 months or longer. This storage is justified to allow us to restore your information and settings if you wish to access such information or decide to restore your relationship with us. ECIT F&A Tech AS may choose to anonymize all data instead of deleting it.
Regardless of the above, you can request at any time that we delete, correct, or block personal information in accordance with our legal obligations.
*ECIT F&A Tech AS has other services than ECIT Sign. Customers may have a relationship to ECIT F&A Tech AS through other services. Therefore, your personal data may be stored independent of your relationship through ECIT Sign AS according to any other agreement(s) with ECIT F&A Tech AS.
The Personal Data Act grants you several rights, which you can exercise in various ways. Your rights include:
