A digital signature, also known as an e-signature, is a modern way of placing a signature on a document. It’s more efficient, easy and environmental friendly. A signature may be placed on a document whenever, wherever and without any printed papers.

A digital signature is put together by code and therefore technical. There are several ways of signing a document, ECIT Sign allows users to sign with eID or by on-screen writing. The on-screen signature is a quick and easy way for anybody in all countries to sign a document. Your signature is identified by your unique way of writing, the same way as with a physical signature on paper. The on screen signature is secured with timestamps and a certified seal to prevent counterfeit or editing.
